Had an office visit first....Then went back for a medical procedure in the office. Procedure revealed no problem with my bladder so more tests will be done. Have follow up office visit next week to discuss results of most recent test. Pleased with this Doctor.

Great appointment today. Answered all questions, reviewed tests, made plans for next appointment There was a busy, full waiting room. Had a 45 minute wait, but so worth it.

They offered me one of the worst services I ever had from a medical provider. I arrived earlier, they collected a urine sample, nobody ever told me why or shared any results/findings. The doctor saw me more than one hour later, acted how everything was normal, no apologies or whatsoever. 5 minutes later he sent me back to the front desk to schedule my vasectomy, which they were not able to do because the system was down. The lady told me she would call me later to schedule, which never happened. That was a perfect example of waste of my time and money. I left the same way I came in, but pissed. They couldn't care less about their patients.

Overall experience was great. Dr. Stocks is friendly yet professional and very knowledgeable. However, his staff forgot to call in the antibiotic he Prescribed

She was so considerate and knowledgeable considering all of my issues. I felt very at ease with the procedure she provided and hope if necessary she is available to see me again

If I could give no stars, I would. My appt was at 2 pm. Didn't see Dr until 4:15. When he came into the room, I mentioned the wait, & he just said he was busy. No apologies. Typical Dr with ego as his time is apparently more important than mine. Terrible bedside manner. He rushed the appt and he didn't listen to what I was telling him . He got my symptoms all wrong. Don't waist your time. Go somewhere else.

I was early for my appointment and was seen 20 minutes before my appointment time. I was informed about all the things to be prepared for the day of my procedure , also the do’s and don’t to get me prepped for my procedure.

This is a very efficient and caring organization! While the business part of the practice is very efficient with things like scheduling being on time, etc., all of the people there and particularly Andrea are very caring and ensure that if I have any questions they are answered. Highly recommend this practice to anybody that needs urology services.

The Staff are very friendly. The Dr is amazing also ! The only complaint I have would be the wait time in the waiting room, which was about an hour. To me tho, the Dr made it worth it.

I really like Dr Stocks. He seems caring. Although the procedure I had done should have included pain medication because they used a numbing gel but the procedure was through the urethra and numbing gel didn’t help. The biggest complaint is the wait time. I was in the little room waiting for 45 minutes. To long in my opinion.

I just love this guy! I have just started seeing Dr. Stocks for a couple of urinary tract issues and I couldn't be more impressed with him or his staff. Typically the wait time is minimal and the time Dr. Stocks takes with his patients is admirable. We are currently working to diagnose a few things, but Dr. Stocks takes my input into consideration as we work toward a solution. His bedside manner is exceptional and he seems truly care about his patients. I am very grateful to have found him!

I’ve been dealing with kidney stones for most of my life, have seen many drs. Dr.Stocks is the best by far! My kidneys have improved and I don’t get stones as much as before, he listens and gives great advice. Truly a miracle finding him!

Dr Stokes is awesome. He listens. He doesn’t rush appointment time. He did surgery on me many years ago and I had zero issues. If he is running late, his office sends a text advising as such. The only negative is the soft speaking lady with oriental accent that answers phone for appointment scheduling; however, I think she is at a central office and not at Fairfield location.

Dr Stocks is THE BEST UROLOGIST in all Cypress. Dr. Stocks is very professional. I have been under surgery twice for different issues and both times his procedures were 100% successful. Pre paid for medication in Dr’s office Medication never came. Dr’s office will not give you. Your prescription. to take it to a pharmacology of your choice. Non do they do follow up to see when will you receive your medication.
